So we whipped up a creamy roasted apricot ice cream, and paired it with the delicious blueberry homemade pop tarts from Pies N Thighs for our second flavor offering for August. Ahh  - so good! Here are the nectarines.. so fresh!   maaaan i want poptart ice cream….
